Specijal product DOOEL is a bakery company with 20-years-old tradition and experience in this segment of the private business and is one of the leading bakery companies in the region. The sale is basically provided in our eight retail stores and by delivering products to the final customers. Each of the bakeries has their own selling place adapted as restaurants, where fresh products are offered to the consumers. Also, the company has partnerships with many business partners as restaurants, fast food and retail chains in aspect of supplying them with the wide range of our own products.

The transport is provided on the entire territory of the Capital Skopje with 4 distribution vehicles that are constantly in use.

The production is organized in the same eight bakeries with own existing storages, where trained craftsman’s produce the products using modern machines and equipment. In regard of technical equipment, we have new and high quality machines purchased from our long-term partners as a Termotehnika Zagreb, Bake Off and Sigma from Italy.



The company have a long-term cooperation with several domestic and foreign suppliers and we hope to expend the same in the future even more. Mostly, those are companies with leading role in their business sector, such as IREKS AROMA from Zagreb, AGROMA, RIKROM, SUNILENS, DAMEKS and others.



To achieve high quality and variety of products of great assistance are the visits to seminars and workshops organized by the aforementioned companies, where the manufacture of new products is practically executed and the newly employed persons can obtain practical training. The main purpose for attendance at these seminars is to be in track with the latest achievements in this industry and also to be able to keep up with the European standards.
